Fighting F.I.T. (Focused Intense Training) is one of our oldest and most popular classes. This class incorporates old school circuit training twisted with modern methods, allowing us to get the best out of you physically, whilst making it fun and exciting.
Ran by time not numbers, this system allows you to work to your ability, whilst the rest of the room work to theirs, you could be doing press ups next to a professional boxer and I guarantee both of you will feel the benefits.
Orignally designed for our fighters, this class quickly became a free for all, opening up to all ages and abilities. For anyone just starting out on their fitness journey we recomend this class as a foundation.
