Strength & Conditioning

These classes are the foundation of our members fitness and part of the reason the can boast such impressive physiques. Combining progressive strength training with high intensity cardio.

This class is for people who want to take their fitness to the next level. Each Class is varied and can be tailored to each individuals needs.

Sports specific conditioning is also on offer, We specialise in combat sports/martial arts however we have had previous success with a number of local Rugby, Football and Hockey teams.
