Chris is a fitness instructor and personal trainer.
Chris was introduced to health and fitness through martial arts as an overweight teenager. He has worked as a fitness instructor in local authority for the past 10 years in which he has trained thousands of different clients. Working closely with the NHS as part of the GP referral scheme, dealing with people with all types of health conditions (diabetes, heart disease, arthritis etc.) Chris has worked as an assistant on the “weight worries” program, a government lead scheme aimed at fat loss for obese individuals.
Chris is also a precision nutrition coach and personal trainer with 3 years’ experience and have a growing portfolio of body transformations. Chris specialise in fat loss, muscle building, nutrition, general health and injury rehab.
